Carrie Moon

Carrie is a junior trainer and consultant with Source4Ignition Consulting Group. She is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Psychology. Her goal is to work within the field of consulting pertaining to work group performance.

Carrie’s leadership experience in business is derived from 6 years in beauty salon industry. In this opportunity, she progressed rapidly to head receptionist of a team of six. After two years, she was promoted to Co-Manager of the salon. In the next 4 years, she had advanced to manage the top-producing salon within a company of 16 salons. Her responsibilities of an 80+-employee salon included staffing and continually promoting goal setting and attainment.

In the first year at her largest salon, Carrie led the team in a revenue increase of more than one million-dollars, realized a more than 75% decrease in turnover, and acquired a significantly improved morale among her employees. 

Carrie has been recognized for previous achievements in her leadership and inspirational abilities. She has won Receptionist of the Year competing against over 1,200 other receptionists, sharing that recognition with her team as Receptionist Desk of the Year. Carrie also received Motivational Co-Manager of the Year, winning over 30 other contending managers. Qualifications for this award involve dramatic salon increases, exceptional employee promotions, increase in inspirational skills and strong staff influence.

Throughout her career in management, Carrie has held over 200 weekly motivational team meetings and has traveled throughout the company to present various product knowledge meetings, focus meetings and goal attainment classes. Carrie was also selected to host company wide challenges and contests to boost employee enthusiasm and drive.

Carrie’s passion is to assist others in attaining business improvements as well as personal growth of employees and morale to ensure productivity. Her enthusiasm and inspiring personality are assets that are sure to motivate those that come into her presence.
